Refund policy
We do not offer refunds! However, although all of our hookahs are carefully inspected and tested before we ship, we do understand things happen. We advise all of our customers to inspect their items upon arrival to make sure they are no damaged of defective. If an item is damaged or defective and WE have determined it to be our fault, a refund or exchange may be considered. If we have reasonable cause to issue a refund, we will do so immediately after your returned item(s) is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If denied, we will send back the original purchased item(s) and you will be notified.
